The Early Childhood Service assists children from birth to eight years of age with disability or vision impairment.

The service is staffed by therapists and professionals with specialist knowledge and skills in child development, disability and vision impairment. Individual and group services are available in the home and the community.

A Teamwork Approach

A teamwork approach is used to support families, with input from a range of allied health professionals including:

  • Orthoptists
  • Psychologists
  • Occupational Therapists
  • Physiotherapists
  • Orientation and Mobility Specialists
  • Speech Pathologists
  • Social Workers
  • Dietetics.

Group programs include playgroup, parent education and skills development.
