Young people need opportunities to learn valuable social and life skills and access to peer support. These are essential for their success in education and all aspects of their lives.
Transition periods such as finishing high school can be difficult times for young people. Our Transition Support services help young people develop and enhance social and life skills to plan for their future, including moving into higher education or employment. Social work and counselling is also available to help young people build confidence and achieve their goals.
Sense of Adventure Program
